DIRECTORS' DESCRIPTIONS
Title: Director, Fellows	Subcommittee of: President Elect
Description: Supports existing community of fellows and mentors those interested in becoming follows.
Title: Director, Volunteers	Subcommittee of: President Elect
Description: Recruits volunteers, maintains lists of available volunteers to match with officer requests for volunteer staffing, coordinates volunteer arrangements for the officers.
Title: Director, Newsletter/Website Content	Subcommittee of: VP-Communications
Description: Edits and publishes newsletter; Serves as liaison to the website contractor, ensures updates to the website as needed, oversees paid ads (in close concert with Treasurer).
Title: Director, Corporate Memberships	Subcommittee of: VP-Membership
Description: Works with corporate members promoting NCMA HQ's corporate membership program and meeting with clients to solicit protram requirements that will best suit their needs.
Title: Director, Seminars	Subcommittee of: VP-Professional Development
Description: Coordinates the Chapter Seminar Series with professional services firms. Contacts prospective firms and schedules seminars.
Title: Director, National Education Seminar	Subcommittee of: VP-Professional Development
Description: Program Manager for NCMA HQs National Education Seminar; schedule facility, secure speaker(s), make physical arrangements.
Title: Director, Fellows/Mentoring Program	Subcommittee of: VP-Membership
Description: Promotes Fellows program; assists applicants to complete paperwork; liaison to HQ to shepherd applications through committee; organizes existing Fellows into a mentoring body for the chapter and heads mentoring program.

Description: Ensures appropriate recognition of volunteers; monitors annual HQ award opportunities and proposes candidates for the chapter to nominate.
