Basic Contracting Course - Spring 2008 Series

The NCMA Tysons Corner Chapter is presenting its popular Series of the Basic Contracting Courses beginning in late March and running through mid-May. Due to popular demand for these courses, we are offering the complete Series in two locations: in Tysons on Thursdays and in Reston on Fridays. The eight courses are designed as a series that builds chronologically through the federal contracting process. Attendees are encouraged to sign up for the entire series. Attendees should feel free to mix-and- match, and register for whichever session of each class is convenient for them.

The series is designed for Contracts and Procurement personnel new to the field, and more experienced persons seeking refresher training and exposure to topics they are not familiar with. This class is an excellent source of recertificaton points. The classes are entry-level and give the student basic knowledge to take back to the office for immediate use. We expect that students will grow that knowledge through experience and additional upper level classes. These classes are taught by volunteer professionals who are experts in their field.

Class size is limited, so please register early.
