Please remember, if you make a reservation for a Chapter-sponsored Seminar and DO NOT cancel 72 hours before the event, not counting weekends and holidays - you will be billed as if you had attended. For example, if the event is scheduled for noon on a Monday, your cancellation request must be received by noon on the preceding Wednesday
