Cancellation Policy

Please remember, if you make a reservation for a Chapter-sponsored Seminar and DO NOT cancel 72 hours before the event, not counting weekends and holidays - you will be billed as if you had attended. For example, if the event is scheduled for noon on a Monday, your cancellation request must be received by noon on the preceding Wednesday.

The policy is necessary because the chapter must give Maggiano's restaurant a firm number of reservations in advance. Once the number is set the chapter is billed for at least that number of meals. If the actual attendance falls below the number committed to by the chapter, the chapter still gets billed. This is lost revenue for the chapter and directly impacts the chapter's ability to meet its program commitments to you and those with whom we do business.
